the sweet 1990's

 there was a time in  life  when everything seemed  nice and sweet , but  looking back at it in hindsight  i just  wish   that the innate simplicity that  was hidden  in every thing  

 is sorely missed  now a days  ,  now i  will  be called  a bloody  Hippocratic for   denouncing the comforts that  the   21st  century has  given me

but still the  child in me yearns  for those days when there  was no need  to be so "connected" all the time

when having   a Pepsi was not such a bad idea  or having a  peek at  Baywatch was considered Such a taboo  that  the only thing  that it earned  you was  a  bag load  of  scolds  from your  guardians

the dreams that  we  had were  one  of  a 100 cc  Hero Honda  CD100SS  a 10,000 Rs Salary job and a   cute  girl

Life couldn't  be  any more simple


some times i  think that  the 1990's were sweet  and  cute   but it is also  the period  where there was a

transition but it was in my eyes the  final hurrah  for some time honored   things  like the teacher student relations that  we enjoyed  was  pure  bliss  nothing much

that was a time that movies would  be  enjoyed   as a family affair and not one where all the movies should be rated A

even the POP songs had a zing  to it

But then that was  the  1990's  a short and sweet time that punctuated the   terrible and  horrid  century that was the  20th century
